After you provide us with your property's description, you will get a draft of the rental agreement directly on Bernie's platform. Our customer service is available to answer any question you might have about it.

We meet and sign the rental contract

On your Bernie account, you can pick a 1-hour timeslot that is suitable for you.

One of our property managers will then meet your at your convenience, so he can take high-resolution pictures and make a 3D scan of your property.

We will sign electronically the rental agreement on a tablet and take the keys.

Bernie is now effectively your new tenant! Thus you start getting paid from day 1, regardless of whether we find a subtenant immediately or not.
